If you make an informed decision to donate, document your decision in one or more of these ways:
- on your driver’s license
- through the online registry www.DonateLifeMN.org.
- in a healthcare directive.
Make It Known
Share your donation wishes with family members and friends. Tell them you have documented your decision. At the time of death, your next-of-kin will be involved in the donation process.
