Becoming a donor is easy. All you need to do is: Make a decision; Make it legal; Make it known.

  • Check "donor" on your driver’s license.
  • Register at www.DonateLifeMN.org.
  • Sign a donor card in front of your family or other witnesses.
  • Complete a health care directive and give copies to your family, physicians, and hospital.
  • Tell your family and friends about your wishes.
